Instructions

Step 1
Add olive oil to a larger pot, heat up and add chopped onions and diced bacon. Once slightly golden brown, add pressed garlic and stir for a minute.

Add ground turkey and stir until browned. Mix in tomato paste and pour chicken broth over the mixture.
Step 3
Now add chopped collard greens, diced sweet potato and beans.
Step 4
Add spices to taste and let all boil together on low until vegetables are cooked.
Step 5
Serve with your favorite bread and enjoy! You can add scallions for garnish.
