Instructions

Step 1
Cut carrots and bell peppers into spears or slivers, however you say it. Put in a bowl and put aside.
Step 2
Mix all other ingrediants in a large bowl.
Step 3
When your done mixing, start to fry contents in large bowl adding sea salt to taste.
Step 4
Take a second pan and start to cook the bell peppers and carrots.
