Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Cook whole wheat noodles according to instructions on the box. Set aside.
Step 3
Combine cheeses in a medium sized bowl.
Step 4
Add cornstarch to chicken broth and stir until smooth. Set aside.
Step 5
Combine sauce ingredients large skillet and add chicken, chopped spinach and cornstarch/broth Sauté for a few minutes until thickened.
Step 6
Spread each noodle with cheese mixture.
Step 7
Spoon sauce over cheese.
Step 8
Roll noodles and lay in pan.
Step 9
Bake 30 minutes.
