Step 1
Cook the pasta according the package directions.

In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisk together the vegan mayo, the apple cider vinegar, the French dressing, and all the seasonings.

Next, add the pasta into the bowl along with the celery, carrots, and green onions. Mix together with a large spoon.
