Beef seitan stew
Blend seitan ingredients apart from flours. Combine this paste with vital wheat gluten and knead. Tear into strips, and coat with a little cornflour if they stick to each other.
Fry some onions and mushrooms. Whilst frying, chop up potatoes, carrots. Make broth. Gravy granules might be nice in broth but I didn’t have any.
Combine all together into a casserole dish and oven cook until seitan and potatoes are done. Can add greens like broccoli and peas nearer the end.
