Step 1
1. Cut your chicken in half lengthwise, so you end up with two thin chicken breasts.

2. Place your chicken and the pickle juice in a gallon zip-top bag, seal the bag, and allow the chicken to marinate in the fridge for one hour.

3. Preheat your grill to 350°F or a cast iron skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

4. Remove the chicken from the juice and pat it dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper over both sides of the chicken. Massage it in well.

5. Coat your pan or grill with oil and cook your chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove pan from heat and let chicken rest for 5 minutes to finish cooking internally.
Step 6
6. Mix together the Mayo and hot sauce. Spread evenly between the buns.
Step 7
7. Place the lettuce, tomato slices and chicken on the buns and serve.
