Just a basic recipe, nothing fancy and can be varied to suit, but really good nutritionally.

Instructions
Step 1
About 1cm dice or medium width slice all veg
Step 2
Add half tbsp oil to oven dish, fry off onion for a few minutes until starting to colour. Add celery, herbs, pepper, garlic salt and cooks off for a further couple of minutes
Step 3
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C/ 170 fan
Step 4
Add water, stocks cubes, puree, carrot, swede and parsnips. Stir all through (only the chicken, granules and remaining oil should be left). Transfer dish to the oven and start to pre cook veg (chicken doesn't need as long, this prevents drying it out)
Step 5
After 1 hour, heat the remaining oil in a pan to hot, then brown the chicken. Remove oven dish from the oven, stir in chicken, and return to oven for another hour
Step 6
10 mins before the end of cooking time, stir though the granules to thicken - use more or less to required thickness
