Ingredients

1 lbsground beef
1 lbsground sausage
1red onion
large, diced
2jalapeños
copped with seeds added
3cloves of garlic
minced
1green pepper
chopped
¼ cupcilantro
chopped
29 ozdiced tomatoes
4 ozcan diced green chilis
16 ozcan kidney beans
16 ozcan black beans
16 ozcan pinto beans
16 ozcan chili beans
1can whole kernel corn
2bay leaves
24 ozbeer
Instructions
Step 1
Start prep first. Chop all fresh ingredients that call for it and set aside.
Step 2
Brown ground beef/sausage combo. When almost browned add onion, jalapeños, and green pepper and cook till soft. Add garlic and cook 2 more minutes
Step 3
Drain/rinse all canned items (beans, tomatoes, corn, peppers) & add skillet mixture into crockpot along with seasoning amounts of your choice. Seasonings include //black pepper-seasoned salt- liquid smoke- Worcestershire-hot sauce-onion powder-garlic powder- adobo seasoning-dried parsley-minced garlic-bbq seasoning-paprika-and Cajun seasoning//making sure 3 bay leaves are sitting on top for easy removal.
Step 4
Add favorite beer as broth until full to just under brim of crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours (recommended) or high for 5 hours stirring occasionally. Remove Bay leaves and serve with favorite chili toppings.
