Ingredients

1 packagelinguine
or Angel Hair
¼ cupalmond butter
natural, no sugar, smooth
1lemon
Juice of, or lime, when in retrain use juice of a large orange
2 Tbspcoconut aminos
¼ tspsesame oil
Water
to thin the sauce
Salt

pepper

Chicken breast
chopped into chunks
3garlic cloves
chopped
1 teaspoonginger

red cabbage
thinly sliced

Instructions
Step 1
1. Drain and rinse your Palmini according to instructions on the package.
Step 2
3. In a bowl, make your sauce. Mix almond butter, lemon or lime juice (orange juice), coconut aminos, sesame oil, and add in water to thin sauce. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
5. Heat about a tablespoon of your choice of oil in a fry pan. Heat it and add your chicken chunks, garlic and ginger cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add in your Palmini noodles and sauté together until meat is cooked and noodles are soft.
Step 4
6. Add in additional veggies. Sauté for another 4 minutes. Add in your sauce, sesame seeds, turn off the heat, and toss well.
Step 5
7. Serve with chopped scallions, cilantro or any other toppings of your choosing. Recommend adding a tsp of the garlic chili sauce on top for an extra kick!
