This simple and stunning side takes no time to make and can be cooked in the oven at the same time as the wellington.
This recipe features a flavourful combination of maple syrup, extra virgin olive oil, whole-grain mustard, and fresh thyme, which is brushed onto dutch carrots before being roasted in the oven. The carrots are prepped by washing, peeling, and trimming the tops, and then cooked for 30 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Step 1
