Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta per typical instructions, drain, set aside.

Step 2
Boil tomatoes, peppers, and put in blender along with garlic, onion and blend mixture with small amount of the water you boiled it in. Put blended mixture through fine strainer to remove seeds and peels. Set aside the red sauce base in separate sauce pan.

Step 3
Simmer your red sauce base on low heat, and whisk in sour cream, milk and add the queso panela diced to your sauce pan.

Step 4
Brown the meat in a skillet or frying pan and chop as you go so it's in small bits or chunks. Add seasoning and spices to the meat while cooking it.

Step 5
Last step Is to put everything together in large pot or large skillet. Add meat, pasta and sauce together. Simmer 15 minutes on low heat to allow sauce to thicken, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving this is very important for the sauce to thicken correctly, but don't worry, it will still be piping hot when you eat it.
