I got this recipe on Reddit from someone who claimed to know someone in the family that started King Taco.

Ingredients

1.2 ozchiles de arbol
stemmed

1 Tbspchipotle powder
2 Tbspchile pequin powder

8 tspchicken seasoning
Knorr, I have no idea what that is, so I used chicken bouillon

1brown onion

0.3 ozfresh garlic

3tomatillos

9 Tbspwhite vinegar

¼ tspdried oregano

¼ tspcumin

1 ⅕ cupwater

1orange
Juice of, no pulp

2 tspcarne asada seasoning

Instructions
Step 1
Roast the chiles de arbol and tomatillos.
Step 2
Grind the Chiles de Arboles in a blender or food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. .
Step 3
Cook until done (whatever that means). I boil it for 10 minutes or so.
Step 4
Put it into small jars or plastic containers and freeze the extra ones. It seems to keep for a long time in the fridge. But considering it makes about 3 cups of salsa and it's pretty hot so you probably won't use a lot, freezing is the best way to go.
