Instructions
Step 1
Fry the leeks until transparent in a splash of olive and sesame oil.
Step 2
Add ginger, garlic and chilli for the last minute.
Step 3
Add stock and bring to the boil.
Step 4
Add chicken and cook for 2-3 mins.
Step 5
Add vermicelli and cook for 3 mins.
Step 6
Add bok choy, pepper, soy and oyster for one more minute.
Step 7
Add lemon prior to serving.
