Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
Trim woody ends from asparagus and then cut into thirds.
Step 3
Place in a bowl, sprinkle with a bit of water (if needed) and season with salt and seasoning of choice.
Step 4
Prep two baking sheets with cooking spray and divide and spread asparagus evenly on the sheets.
Step 5
Bake for 15 mins. Remove, mix asparagus around and then rotate sheet on racks.
Step 6
Bake for another 15 mins or until soft and well browned.
