Instructions
Step 1
Whisk all dressing ingredients and separate half to use to marinade chicken.
Step 2
Pour dressing on chicken breast and allow to marinade for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Heat pan and spray with cooking spray and cook chicken for 6 minutes on both sides, until completely cooked.
Step 4
Assemble salad ingredients and slice cooked chicken breast on top, drizzle with dressing.
