Instructions

Step 1
fry onion with garlic and ginger. add cumin and gd coriander, add pumpkin and coat well. keep stirring as this burns easily, pour on veg stock, bring to boil then simmer for 20 mins. Pour into the processor and blend well. add coriander leaves before serving
