Just an easy recipe for some perfectly cooked bacon. Good for breakfast lunch and dinner or even a quick snack

Instructions
Step 1
Get a nonstick pan warming on the stove on medium heat
Step 2
Separate bacon slices on flat surface
Step 3
Get a small handful of the pork rub and sprinkle on the bacon. Don't sprinkle directly from the container or you might add too much
Step 4
Pat the rub into the bacon to make sure it sticks. Flip the bacon and repeat step 3
Step 5
Add bacon to pan on medium heat. Cook for approximately 1.5 minutes on each side. Bacon should be mostly red through out with seasoning causing some dark spots.
Step 6
Remove bacon from pan and place on tray or plate lined with paper towel. Bacon will crisp up a bit more as the grease drains off.
Step 7
Finally, enjoy as is or add to your favorite recipe for a bit of extra flavor. Enjoy 😊
