Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

2. PREPARE BANANA BARS In a large bowl, use a fork to mash bananas. Add oats, blueberries, chopped dates and walnuts, vanilla, and salt. Stir until incorporated.
Step 3
Press mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until edges begin to turn brown and crisp, 30 minutes.
Step 4
Let cool slightly in pan, cut into bars, and enjoy!
