Gnocchi Macaroni and Cheese

I've had many versions of macaroni and cheese but none like this version of Gnocchi Macaroni and Cheese. This recipe is made with mozzarella cheese, blue cheese and half and half. It also has bacon and sweet red onion in it. And then there's the potato gnocchi. This is the most rich and delicious mac and cheese you will ever have. You will never want traditional macaroni and cheese again! Enjoy!
