Step 1
1. Cook onions, garlic, chilli & 2 tbsp water in pan using low cal spray. Cover & cook on low for 5mins
2. Uncover & scoop half of cooked mixture into a mixing bowl
3. Stir passata into onion mixture left in the pan, bring to a simmer & cook for 20mins, til reduced & slightly thickened
4. Add pork, lemon zest, oregano, egg yolk, 1 tsp salt & some pepper to the onion mixture in the mixing bowl & mix together with hands. Shape into 24 balls
5. Put meatballs on a foil lined baking tray about 15cms from grill for 5mins. Drain away any cooking juices & turn meatballs & grill for another 5mins or until golden brown all over. Drop into the tomato sauce & simmer for 5mins.
6. Cook Orzo per pack instructions
