Instructions
Step 1
Peel, devein shrimp. Pat dry with paper towels, arrange evenly on baking sheet.
Step 2
Prepare shrimp with coarse salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes
Step 3
Sautee garlic with 6 tbsp butter, 6 tbsp olive oil. Add diced red onions
Step 4
Sautee shrimp for 3 minutes
Step 5
Remove shrimp, place on clean tray, and place in oven at 120 degrees to keep warm
Step 6
Cook pasta al dente. Drain.
Step 7
Add wine and lemon juice to skillet. Add 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp oil. Mix.
Step 8
Add pasta to skillet, mix.
Step 9
Add shrimp and chopped parsley. Mix.
Step 10
Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Step 11
Serve, topped with Romano cheese.
