Ingredients

16 ozTuna fish
4sausages
large, diced
2celery sticks
chopped
1 cupcorn frozen
2 cupspeas
1green pepper
sliced
1red onion
large, sliced
16 ozpenne
whole wheat
salt
pepper
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to packaging directions. Roast in the oven after with onion & red pepper.
Step 2
If desired, boil or roast the celery, and corn with pasta, add salt/ pepper. Roast the diced sausages.
Step 3
Add dressing ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
Step 4
Taste and adjust for seasoning. Toast tuna, dressing, and everything else in a large bowl.
Step 5
Serve onto a dish and enjoy!
