Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, garlic, tomato, red bell pepper and ground pork, add water and black pepper. Also add shrimp paste to taste.







Step 2
Whisk the egg and add to the pan gently stir until evenly disteibuted. Add sliced eggplant and let simmer until vegetables are medium cooked.
