Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175 degrees

Cream butter and eggs

Add sugar and vanilla sugar

Mix in flour and baking powder

Spread mixture into baking tin (brownie tin) lined with baking paper

Place plums in batter upright, evenly spaced throughout tray

Bake for about 40 minutes. Serve with cream, yogurt or creme fraiche
