Mango Shrimp Ceviche🍤🥭
This mango shrimp ceviche is so tasty and refreshing! It is a great appetizer that can be enjoyed with chips or on a tostada. It’s a summer favorite that everyone will love.
Recipe below
12 oz small shrimp (cooked)
1 ripe mango (diced)
Juice of 3-4 limes
1/4 of a red onion (diced)
1 small cucumber (diced & seeds removed)
Handful of chopped cilantro
2 roma tomatoes (diced)
2 serrano peppers (diced)
2 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Avocado for topping
Lime wedges for garnish
Hot sauce
Chips or tostadas to serve
Rinse and pat dry shrimp; season with garlic salt. Cook shrimp in a pan on medium heat until it turns pink.
Allow shrimp to cool and refrigerate.
Add all ingredients into a bowl and combine. Chill in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes!
