Instructions
Step 1
Roast Garlic In a hot frying pan add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic. Cook until brown.
Step 2
Once the garlic is brown add the 16 oz of Heavy Cream and your choices of Cheese. This would be a great time to cook the macaroni in salted water (pinch or two). Cook until desired Macaroni texture.
Step 3
As soon as the cheese is melted and creamy, pour Macaroni in a Lasagna tray followed by the creamy Cheese. Mix evenly.
Step 4
Season and shape ground beef into a burger. Place in a frying pan, and cook to your liking.
Step 5
I like to add bread crumbs on the top of the mac and cheese. Some people like to put it on the bottom, your choice. Right before putting it in the oven make sure to add some more shredded cheese on top.
Step 6
Put macaroni in the oven for about 15 min. Check every 5 min. All you are looking for is Cheese to melt or brown this again is your choice.
Step 7
Build & Destroy. Once your burger is cooked put it on a Burger Bun or cut in half a Glazed Donut. Add any condiments if necessary. Add a slice of cheese to the Burger and throw some Mac & Cheese on top of the Burger and ENJOY!
