Instructions
Step 1
Boil and generously salt water then add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
spaghetti300 grams

To a blender add creamy cottage cheese ( I choose the one with the highest protein content ) 2 cloves of garlic grated Parmesan olive oil and salt and pepper to taste . Blend it all up then pour the creamy sauce into a large bowl

Step 3
When the spaghetti is nearly done toss in the peas and let cook one minute . Drain the pasta reserving some of the water then toss it all into the sauce . Add sone pasta water and give it a good mix . To serve add more Parmesan and lots of chives
