Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare noodles according to instructions on pack 2. Chop all vegetables
3. Place hoisin, soy, brown sugar, stock and chilli flakes in a jar and shake to combine
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry onion until translucent
5. Add veggies and tofu and fry until tender
6. Add noodles and sauce to pan and cook for about 3 minutes
7. Serve
