Step 1
Stir rice in water and discard water

Disperse rice in 1 cup of water in pot
Step 3
Place chicken breast on top
Step 4
Add carrots and onions
Step 5
Bring to boil
Step 6
Cover and Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat
Step 7
Stir, cover, and let rice soak up the water for 5 minutes . If you don’t like fluffy, soft rice leave the lid off so the water can evaporate.

Garnish with nuts and honey
