Starting the fall season off strong !! I know, I know it’s not fall season yet, but it really does feel like it!! Here is the perfect cozy, warm, and delicious fall oats recipe! Only takes 5 minutes to make :). It can be made either on the stovetop or in the microwave! 🍂

Instructions

Step 1
In a Bowl, Add Banana and Mash.
Step 2
Add in the Purée, Spice, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 3
Then, add in the milk, water, and maple syrup.
Step 4
Mix and add in chia seeds
Step 5
Add in oats and microwave for 3-5 minutes. Do not forget to mix half way through. Take out once it has reached your desired consistency.
Step 6
Top with bananas, yogurt, and granola. Enjoy!
