300gPlant milk
white sesame
50goats
10gChia seeds
20gWalnuts
20gDates
1orange
juice and zest
¼ tspcinnamon
1asian pear
1lime
1 pinchpink salt

Assemble ingredients
Step 2
Add the oats, chia, walnuts, cinnamon, salt to mixing bowl and mix to incorporate.
Step 3
Zest and juice the orange, add the the mixing bowl with dry ingredients.
Step 4
Peel and coarsely grate the Asian pear, add to the mixing bowl.
Step 5
Juice the small lime and add to mixing bowl.
Step 6
Stone and chop the date up small, add to the mixing bowl.
Step 7
Add the white sesame milk and stir everything together well.
Step 8
Leave the mix in a container, cover and put in the fridge overnight to activate.
