Instructions
Step 1
Mix meatball ingredients and form balls. I use 1/8 cup per to fit four nicely on a slice of bread.
Step 2
Bake in a small casserole dish or pan at 400° until 165° internally.
Step 3
Pour desired amount of pasta sauce over top and sprinkle all cheese over top.
Step 4
Return to oven until melted. Broil/grill to brown the cheese if you like.
Step 5
Serve on your bread choice, I like bread or buns toasted with garlic and butter.
