Instructions
Step 1
Make the hard boiled eggs. Let cool and roughly chop.
Step 2
Wash and chop the vegetables; place them in serving bowls.
Step 3
Drain and rinse the chickpeas or beans, if using.
Step 4
Make the salad dressing. Serve!
