Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the red onion, sauté for 3-4 minutes until golden.

Add the garlic to the pan and sauté for another minute.

Next, add the finely chopped bacon to the pan and brown for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.

Stir through the chopped olives and spinach through the sauce and cook for a final 2-3 minutes.

Stir the cooked spaghetti through the sauce and transfer to a bowl to serve.
