Instructions
Step 1
Mix chicken, calamansi, soy sauce, and ground pepper. Mulix thoroughly. Marinate for atleast 30 minutes.

After marinating, separate the marinade from the chicken.

Add 3 tbsp cornstarch to the chicken.

In medium heat, add oil. Then chicken (low heat)

Other pan, saute onion and garlic. Then add pan fried chicken.

Add the marinade with ¼ water. Mix.

Add onion rings (low fire for 2 minutes). Mix
