Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except the berries)
Step 2
Pour into a lined baking tray and scatter over your desired fruit.
Step 3
- I used a 36cm x 25cm baking tray.
Step 4
You can use any size, if the mixture is a little higher because your pan in smaller, increase the cooking time a little.
Step 5
Bake at 180d/ 356f for 10 minutes or until puffed up, cooked in the middle and crispy on top.
Step 6
To reheat from frozen put in the oven for 5 mins
