1 x 15 ouncecan cannellini beans

3 cupslow-sodium chicken broth
2.5 poundrotisserie chicken
skin and bones discarded, meat shredded into bite-size pieces
¼ cuplime juice
½ cupfresh cilantro
chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add onion, poblanos, and jalapeños and cook until soft, 6 to 8 minutes. Add garlic and cumin and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Step 2
Stir in beans and broth, then transfer 2 cups mixture to blender and process until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir processed mixture back into pot and bring to simmer. Cook over medium heat until flavors meld and chiles are tender, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in chicken, lime juice, and cilantro and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
