The "Romantic" variation has avo instead of egg, garlic instead of kale.

Instructions
Step 1
Pan-fry broccoli and garlic for approx. 5-7 mins, until browned. Salt well.
Step 2
In a separate pan, scramble the eggs. One finished, add cheddar to the top to melt
Step 3
To the original pan, once done, add nutritional yeast and kale and cook for another approx. 3 minutes until kale wilted
Step 4
Fold the contents of both pans into warmed tortillas and top with slices of the avocado
