Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Put peppers on a microwave safe plate and microwave high for 3 min or until tender. Transfer peppers into rimmed baking sheet cut side up
Step 2
2. In med saucepan combine 1 1/2 cup of broth and milk to a boil over med high heat, reduce heat to low and whisk in grits. Cook for 5 min or until slightly creamy. Whisking occasionally , whisk in black pepper. Add grits to peppers.
Step 3
3. In large skillet heat oil over med high heat, add shrimp and cook 2 minutes turning once. Tops grits with shrimp and cheese and bake for 10 min or until shrimp turn opaque through out.
Step 4
4. In same skillet cook butter Cajun seasoning and 1/4 cup broth 3 min or until reduced in half. Drizzle over peppers and add green peppers
