Instructions

Step 1
on low heat sauté onion in coconut oil until brown
Step 2
add chili paste and fry until dry
Step 3
add water, salt, fish sauce, anchovies powder and shrimp
Step 4
increase heat to medium and cook for 3-5 minutes

serve with rice and/or veggies
