Step 1
Get a pot and on high heat
Step 2
Put chicken stock, creamed corns, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, garlic, cornflour/water mix in the pot and mix
Step 3
Bring to boil, then turn down heat to medium and stir occasionally. Cook until slightly thickened (5mins)
Step 4
Add salt and pepper.
Step 5
Turn of stove, then slowly pour and stir in the egg to create “ribbons”
Step 6
Add your shredded chicken and mix well.
