๐Ÿ–ค Cacio e Pepe is a classic of Roman cuisine, but now mine too.ย  I love this pasta for its simplicity and speed, especially on those days when the fridge is empty, but there is a piece of cheese and black pepper lying on the shelf, which, as a rule, everyone can find at home.ย  It's amazing how combinations of pepper+cheese+pasta and a bit of magic ๐Ÿช„ (just kidding, pasta water) can turn simple ingredients into incredibly creamy pasta in minutes! P.S. This recipe is the part of my "Pasta Series" on YouTube โ–ช๏ธ Feel free to adjust amount of black pepper, cheese, pasta water if you will โ–ช๏ธ 1l water = 10g salt = 100g pasta
