🖤 Cacio e Pepe is a classic of Roman cuisine, but now mine too. I love this pasta for its simplicity and speed, especially on those days when the fridge is empty, but there is a piece of cheese and black pepper lying on the shelf, which, as a rule, everyone can find at home. It's amazing how combinations of pepper+cheese+pasta and a bit of magic 🪄 (just kidding, pasta water) can turn simple ingredients into incredibly creamy pasta in minutes!
