Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients for seasoning and set aside
Step 2
Cook rice noodles only just before using (soak in cold water for 30 mins beforehand and dunk in boiling water for 2 mins right before cooking)
Step 3
Cook garlic and add chicken until mostly cooked
Step 4
Add noodles and broccoli to the chicken and stir for 30 seconds
Step 5
Add seasoning and stir until everything is well combined
Step 6
In a separate pan, cook egg and then combine with noodles
