Step 1
Simmer the fusilli in a pan of slightly salted water in accordance with the cooking instructions - usually for around 12 minutes. Peel and slice the mushrooms and finely chop the garlic and onion. Fry these ingredients in the olive oil in a large saucepan for 10 minutes then stir in the Greek yoghurt. Finally, add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Drain and rinse the cooked pasta and transfer it to a large bowl. Pour over the sauce and mix well. Top each portion with 5g of Parmesan cheese then serve.
