5 cupsmixed baby greens

5 cupsromaine lettuce
chopped

1 cupcherry tomatoes
halved

0.25red onion
small, sliced

¼ cupcarrots
shredded

¼ cupcurrants

1 cupraspberries
fresh

¼ cupalmonds
toasted and chopped

FOR THE RASPBERRY DRESSING
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all salad ingredients, except raspberries and almonds. Add raspberries and toss lightly. Sprinkle almonds on top.
Step 2
Combine dressing ingredients in a high-powered blender. Pour desired amount over salad.
