Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate chicken breast with harissa sauce, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder for 30 min (or for desired length)









Step 2
Wash and chop mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onions, and garlic. May add any other vegetables you desire.




Step 3
Boil pasta to desired texture.

Step 4
On medium heat, sauté chicken in a saucepan until cooked thoroughly and set in a different container when done
Step 5
In the same saucepan, sauté garlic, onions mushrooms, tomatoes, and add cooked chicken once complete





Step 6
Add heavy whipping cream and parmesan gradually. Stir together


Step 7
Add spinach in and stir. You can add more harissa paste or other desired seasonings at this time




Step 8
Cover and simmer on low until sauce thickens
