Instructions

Step 1
Fry onion in a saucepan with some oil. Add mince, cook until browned.
Step 2
Then add carrot, zucchini, potato, capsicum, celery, tomato soup, tomato paste, garlic, red wine, salt and pepper. Simmer.
Step 3
Add basil, peas and corn and heat through. Serve with pasta.
