Instructions

Fresh Veggie Topping

Step 1
Add garlic and onion to a pan over medium-high heat coated with vegetable oil. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the diced mushrooms and ground beef, breaking it into crumbles until no longer pink. Keep cooking until there’s no moisture, and everything is fully cooked for about 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the ground beef and let simmer for another 2 minutes.

Step 3
When all the moisture from the beef is gone, toss in chopped green onions. Turn off the heat. Add sesame seeds and toss. You can also add red pepper flakes on top.

For the veggies

Step 4
Add prepped veggies on top, then top with dressing and wonton chips (optional). Can add more or less veggies, of any type you like, add a nice crunch.
Step 5
Serve over warm rice (cauliflower rice works here too, just make sure its not too wet)
