Bread Pudding
Quick and easy way to use your day old bread to make an amazing dessert or breakfast treat. Standard recipe with Andy’s little addition of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 f

Step 2
Cut bread into large cubes 1 1/2 inch
Step 3
Add butter and bread cubes into a skillet over medium heat Ava stir until lightly toasted
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients except blueberries
Step 5
Butter a baking deep baking dish
Step 6
Arrange bread in a layer then add some blueberries and repeat until done
Step 7
Pour custard over bread making sure to soak all the pieces on top.
Step 8
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until nicely brown and custard has set in the center
Step 9
Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or make a vanilla sauce with powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk or a liquor of your choice. Rum is classic.
