土豆胡萝卜滚刀切

西蓝花洗干净去掉杆,分成小朵

洋葱切 1 in 小块

三文鱼切 1 in 小块,撒米酒,撒盐,腌制

木鱼花塞进茶包做汤包

三文鱼腌制后擦干

热锅冷油,煎三文鱼至金黄半熟,拿出

再倒油,炒洋葱至香,加土豆胡萝卜,炒

加热水,没过蔬菜,加汤包,放蘑菇,小火炖至软

另外一个锅,倒油,放黄油,加面粉,炒至冒泡,倒入牛奶,至浓稠

拿出汤包,连水一起倒入白酱锅
Step 12
加入西蓝花,三文鱼,翻动均匀,收汁,加盐和胡椒调味
